Honeywell DI851 distance measuring equipment indicator operates as an auxiliary display of DME navigation information in the SRZ850 radio system. The DME information shown includes the distance to a Navaid in nautical miles, the identification character string for the Navaid, the time to go to the Navaid in minutes, and the computed ground speed in knots. The indicator can be used with one or two DME receivers allowing for both active and preset channels of each.
